"I first met Russ when I was in dental school; Russ came and bought my class pizza and gave a lecture on practice management. I don't remember any of the lecture, but I do remember I had two slices of pepperoni and one slice of sausage. When I got out of dental school, I knew nothing about managing a practice and I knew I needed help. I joined my dad's dental practice and he assured me that he would teach me all I needed to know.
